• Your WhatsApp number. This is how we deliver our service. We need it to chat with you.
• Payment information. Processed securely by PayPal. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details. PayPal handles everything.
• Conversation content. The messages you send us on WhatsApp (your travel questions, itinerary details, etc.) so we can help you effectively.
• Basic trip details. Dates, destinations, preferences you share with us for trip planning purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service you purchased. planning your trip, answering your questions, helping you navigate China.
• To improve our service. understanding common questions helps us serve future travelers better.
• We do not sell your data to anyone. Period.
• We do not share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We will never send you marketing messages unless you explicitly ask us to (e.g., "Let me know about future promotions").

How We Store Your Data

• Conversation records are kept on WhatsApp's platform during your service period. We don't maintain a separate long-term database of your chat history.
• After your service period ends, we don't actively retain your conversation data. WhatsApp's own data retention policies apply.
• Payment records are retained by PayPal as required by financial regulations. We keep minimal transaction records (date, amount, service type) for accounting purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion. Ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you.
• Request access. Ask us what personal information we have about you.
• Opt out. If you've opted into any communications, you can opt out at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, just message us on WhatsApp or send an email. We'll respond within 48 hours.
